TurfWindow is the weekly spray and turf board for lawn care companies: every property, every dated visit, and every wind hold in one place. Here is everything it does today.
Properties and jobs
- Properties
- Name, address, acres, the plan you sold and a status: active, paused or ended.
- Dated jobs
- Each visit has a property, service, date and notes for the crew, sorted by date.
- Wind holds
- Wind hold is its own job status, so a held treatment stays on the board until it’s rescheduled.
- Mark done
- Crews mark visits done with one tap.
Property owners
- Visits page
- Each property gets a private page with upcoming visits, recent completed ones and any wind holds. Job notes stay internal.
- Email the link
- Send the owner their visits page from your company’s name. Replies come to you.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
